When Al Macs was undergoing some construction, there was discussion about the future location of the IHOP. Well, they are hiring, and the job fair is at the Comfort Inn Lundy’s Lane.

I did a quick search to see if there was any information on the Niagara Falls IHOP, but the only thing I can find is the announcement from almost 2 years ago that it was coming.

And they had a similar job fair at the Capri Restaurant in the spring, that’t why I thought it might be AlMacs at the time. Very strange.

I’ve just read on the IHOP site that Pancakes Canada Ltd. is the franchise company opening 5 new IHOP’s in the Niagara region. Pancakes Canada is owned by the Alfieri Group who also happen to own the Capri (that explains that part). Do they also own the Comfort Inn, I wonder?
How many Denny’s are left in NF? Is it just the one near the HoJo?
