As Dan mentioned in a previous comment, the Spicy Olive restaurant is for sale. The renovations to the Horror Manor building and the change to Spicy Olive was one of the first things I reported on. That was in April/May 2005. I’m surprised that the place is going to change owners so soon.
The Remax site (this link takes you right to the property listing page for Spicy Olive) shows the listing price at $2,000,000!

Wasnt the horror manor supposed to have a night club and lounge etc…?
Yes they had a nightclub at one point, but I didn’t hear anything about it, so my guess is they closed it down fast. Spicy Olive helped give Centre St. a much cleaner look, it’s too bad the owners are trying to sell it.
Yeah, it looks very classy and helps out that street. I like the Beef Baron’s new(er) sign as well. The Rock Legends place looks so tacky, its a huge eye sore.
