From the Niagara Falls Review:
Marineland visitors are going head over heels for the newest ride at the theme park.
Or at least that’s how they feel after a twirl aboard the Topple Tower, only the second ride of its kind in North America.
“It’s like a rocking chair,” said Sonia Devin, who was visiting Marineland with her family from Mirabel, Que.
Sort of. Imagine rocking the chair to the point where it’s about to fall over. But then imagine the chair spinning like it’s on a giant turntable.
Giving riders that rocking, rolling, spinning and swaying sensation is the idea behind the Topple Tower.

Finally its open and agian he pushes back the date for the River Country and Aqarium to open! What a suprise!
I’ve been on it and i loved it.
Really so is all landscaping done obviously grass planted hsn’t grown but is it all done?
I’d like to know if ground has even been broken for this “River Country” that has been long talked about.
Philip, the ride has been ready for a long time now, since like the 18 of july, the thing they have been doing is, if you’ve been recently, planting their scenery, mainly shrubs, and cleaning out the queue area.
Rob, i have never heard of a river country project, what is it supposed to be? And, the aquarium’s sharks section has started. If you have been on sky scereamer and looked closely at her they are supposed to put it, you can see blue in between some trees, which is the tank. Hopefully it opens soon. The Dolphins and fish sectiohns won’t be done for a loooong time.
If you look at a satelite view of the Marineland property, you can clearly see the river loop that has been dug out over the past 25 years. I know it’s that long because I actually worked on a preliminary concept layout for the river that long ago. As with most things Marineland, they don’t happen overnight (or overdecade), but will probably eventually happen.
I also thought it was interesting that John Holer Jr. was quoted in the article. I don’t think I ever knew that there was a Jr.
Here is the Google Maps satellite view of Marineland. You can see a loopy path around the south of the property.
The aquarium has not been started at all. Land has been cleared, but there is nothing else started.
John Holer Jr. actually left a comment on the blog a little over 2 years ago. We emailed back and forth a couple of times and I was going to email him some questions, but then he stopped replying.
I could’ve sworn i saw blue between the trees.
