So, are you sick of all this rain? How about some snow
I took some pictures earlier this year in February/March. We had lots of snow and there was lots of ice at Table Rock Place. I took some pictures and posted them in the Niagara Falls in Winter 2007/2008 gallery. As is usually the case, you can see some thumbnails below, and the larger versions in the gallery.

I also posted a video on YouTube (2:29 in length):
Note 1: There are now 2,580 images in Niagara Falls Image Gallery.
Note 2: I only have one more old gallery to post and then I’ll be current up to this summer (less than 2 months ago)

Thanks, Graham! This is my favorite time of the year at the Falls!
I remember (about 30 years ago) we took the kids to he Falls the 3rd weekend in January. After an early breakfast, we went down to the park around 10:00 and we were the only ones there, just the 5 of us! An icebridge had already formed in the Gorge and it had snowed about 5 inches the night before! Niagara Falls all to ourselves! How cool is that!
Ah-h-h-h….those were the days!!!
I hate Niagara in the winter. The falls may look beautiful, but I find there is less to do and shorter hours. While by the end of the summer I’m burnt out, I enjoy seeing the masses of tourists enjoying all the attractions and scenery.
