Victoria Day weekend construction update

I can’t believe it is that time again. This weekend (Victoria Day weekend) and next weekend (Memorial Day weekend) mark the unofficial start of summer. Even though there are troubles in the economy, there seems to be some optimism going into the season, and there has been a fair amount of changes happening over the last few months. Here is a rather large update:

Al Macs is coming along. The building with its sign looks quite nice

Bronto’s Adventure Playland is open again

During the winter, the Criminal Hall of Fame was charging $5. Now it’s up to $6. I wonder how high it will go…

The sign for Cosmic Coaster is down having been replaced by 3 flat panel TVs and an FX Ride Theatre sign

They seem to be making good progress now. But is it 52, 62, or 72 storeys?

They are doing some painting at the Lodge Inn & Suites

The hotdog was missing for a long time. It’s back now

Sugar Mountain is open now. It opened last Thursday (8 days ago). The store is quite spacious, but the stuff is expensive!

Al & Mac’s seems to be getting ready to offer good deals @ those prices! Hope the food is good.
How can Criminal HOF not charge tax?

  3. 3 Smoke

The Criminal HOF probley adds the tax to the price. The actual admission is $5 and change.
