Planet Feedback has a letter that someone wrote to the Best Western Cairn Croft:
I went to the Best Western Cairn Croft hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario for the Canada Day long weekend.
The person got stuck in traffic after the fireworks.
Being in a city that I didn’t know after 11:00pm, I called the hotel hoping that they could give me directions back. I had pulled over so that my friend could write them down, but was told to keep going as he (Mike) talked me through it.
He told me when and where to turn, what landmark to look for and before I knew it, I was back in the comfort of my room.
Mike took a stressful situation and made it all better.
I just thought that in an industry that seems to perpetually get complaints, it might be nice to get a compliment for a change.
