A few weeks ago there was a strike from some union workers on the Hilton construction site, so that delayed the work. That seems to have been resolved, and the work continues.

Also, I took a picture of a trailer a couple of weeks ago and thought iw as for the work being done at Niagara Freefall, but it’s actually for the Hilton as you can see by the sign.

When you go to the Niacon web site, the site only has basic information and it says it is under construction. They do have a picture of a building that looks like the Hilton, but it isn’t labeled, so I can’t be sure.

I’m sure that it’s the Hilton on that site, but an old picture.
Graham, have you noticed that the old visitor place at Stanley and the 420, that was all fixed up, is now the ‘Official Visitor Info Center’? Yes, the ‘Official’ one.
They are about to add a huge billboard on their Info Centre property as well Rick, I saw the Towers on the ground today and they have two cut-outs on either side of the back of the building. And yes that is the Hilton, including an interior shot of the Hotel just to the left of the tower picture.
