Canada’s Hottest Bartender of 2008 is Valentin Stefanov, and if you wish to try his award-winning drink, stop into the Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls because that’s where he works.
The drink is a refreshing summer cocktail called “Eden’s Ember†and it was judged to be the best in a contest sponsored by C. W. Shasky & Associates Ltd., the Canadian distributor of TABASCO.
For his win, Stefanov was awarded the $10,000 first prize and a trip to Tales of the Cocktail, a unique cocktail and culinary festival in New Orleans, Louisiana.
