New shuttle links city’s two casinos

NIAGARA FALLS – It’s a little easier this week to travel between Niagara’s two casinos.

Officials with Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara say the two properties are now linked by a dedicated, door-to-door shuttle service for up to 17 hours a day.

Both casinos offer guests different experiences and patrons have asked for a link between the two, so they can experience the best of both, said Larry Lewin, president of Niagara Casinos.

The shuttles will operate on 20-minute intervals between 10 a.m. and 1 a.m. Sunday to Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

At the Fallsview Casino, shuttles will arrive and depart using the motorcoach facility, while at Casino Niagara they will arrive and depart at the south parking lot near the main entrance.

While the shuttle from Fallsview travels directly to Casino Niagara through the heart of the city, the shuttle from Casino Niagara to Fallsview travels down Clifton Hill and along the Niagara Parkway, with an additional stop at the bottom of Murray Hill in the heart of the Niagara Parks.

“The route along Clifton Hill and the Niagara Parkway and pas the Falls was arranged so our out-of-town guests have a chance to see some of the wonderful elements that make this area so attractive to visitors,” said Lewin.

The shuttle service went into effect last week.
