I haven’t been in to see the figure, but apparently there is a new Justin Bieber wax figure in Movieland Wax Museum on Clifton Hill.
There is new advertising covering where Graham had posted back in 2005 about this same billboard. It was dedicated to the Movieland Wax museum on Stanley Avenue, but was starting to become very sun faded. They have now changed it to represent the Niagara Skywheel on Clifton Hill and it really stands out.
