The fifth part of the Niagara: Miracles, Myths and Magic movie tells the story of when the Lelawala tugboat. As a result of the civil war, tourism died and the Lelawala was sold and had to be taken downrivier. The scene is very intense. During The Making Of special, the director, Kieth Merrill said the following about that scene:
There’s no cheating in the film, no special effects, no models, it’s all what you see is the truth.
The movie is fantastic, whether in the IMAX theatre or at home. Pictures and reviews don’t do it justice. If you are fascinated by Niagara Falls and its history, then you should definitely see the movie.
