During the off-season months, most places have their parking lots open with no one monitoring them, so parking is free. You certainly won’t see free parking anywhere in the summer!

As I mentioned previously, the Victoria Avenue Beer Garden is now open. And as was mentioned in a previous comment, the sign is up. The sign calls it the Victoria Beer Patio.
