Tourism sector bracing for border plan

The good news is, the area’s growing convention business should escape unscathed if legislation requiring passports to cross U.S.-Canada borders is handed down by the U.S., says one of the city’s tourism industry directors. The bad news is, the area’s massive tourism sector could take a huge hit.
