A guest of mine says every year she stays at the Comfort Inn on Clifton Hill and the front desk told her they will be closing after Thanksgiving and will be torn down. I checked the website and notice they are not taking any room reservations after Oct 11. I wonder what they are planning for the large plot of land. Maybe that amusement park idea is moving forward?
Also I heard a rumour that the nightclub Rumour’s (no pun) will be renovated and turned into an extended patio for Kelsey’s.
I spoke to them a month ago and they confirmed its demolishing…no reason why. Too bad.
Weren’t they going to build a Simpsons branded amusement, some Go-Kart track, and some other attractions?
