Not that it really matters, but I was just curious what the official name of the restaurant is. Sometimes the chain name is first; sometimes the location name is first.

Anyway, I did make it out Lundy’s Lane to see the new IHOP. Here are a few pictures:

Ok finally tried out the IHOP and wow what an awesome dinner! I had the massive I repeat MASSIVE and mega delicious and super cheesy Monster Burger with seasoned fries and bottomless pop and my boyfriend had the huge chocolate chip pancakes, sausage links, eggs & hasbrowns (they serve breakfast all day) and just the pancakes alone filled him up and he could hardly eat anything else. Their food is nothing short of fantastic and totally belly busting!!!

The very young staff were most excellent, extremely friendly, fun and approachable, the restaurant is sparkling clean and I could not stop talking about how incredibly shiny the cutlery was but this is probably because the restaurant is brand new still lol.

My only gripe was the prices were a tad on the pricey side. Our food came to just a few cents short of $35 and with the tip I evened it out to $40. I would expect to pay this around the main tourist area but not far out on Lundys Lane but nevertheless the food, service & cleanliness was still worth it!

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My wife and I are so excited that there is finally an IHOP in Canada!
We will be going out all the way to Niagara Falls just to hit up the IHOP next week. The pancakes are amazing! Try them!!!

Graham: Do you think there going to be any more storefront signage for the IHOP? Do they need it?
You can hardly tell it is an IHOP in the restaurant only photos (except for the one photo of the pylon sign)
Kind of unusual…. I know it is in a hotel… but still weird.

I think Graham took pics of the pool lol.

The restaurant is on the other side of the hotel past the drive under main entrance you see in his first pic and there is more IHOP signage and a direct entrance to the restaurant over there! =)

Thanks StEC! I knew something was missing (an entrance, signage, etc..).

    I was very confused.

Graham – any chance we can get some pics of the restuarant?
I would to see a restaurant review by you as well. Try the pancakes!

  6. Graham says:

Oops! I’ll go by again later today and take some more pictures.
As for a review, I won’t be rushing there to eat, but I’ll get there soon.
