Arlene White wants to make one thing abundantly clear: A new initiative by the Binational Tourism Alliance to promote women in tourism isn’t about bashing men.

Thursday night the group hosted its first Women in Tourism: Leading with Wisdom, Integrity and Tenacity session at Inniskillin Winery, aimed at showing the potential women working in the tourism industry can achieve.
