The patio is finished and opened a few days ago (even though council hasn\’t passed it). However it\’s been closed since either because of the cold weather or b/c it hasnt yet been approved. I know it will be open for sure next weekend.
On another note on Clark Avenue a new restaurant is being built called Casa Vostro or Casa Vostra.
