Every year the Misty Awards are given out in the tourism industry celebrating top attractions, restaurants, and more. For 2005, Greg Frewin’s magic shows won the Attraction of the Year. They printed some little promotional cards that have some information on the show and will give you 10% off show tickets. I picked this up when I was at the Konica Minolta Tower last Saturday, and I haven’t seen them anywhere else (although I’m sure they’re out there).
I’ve scanned the card and included the text below:

More AccessNiagara information on Greg Frewin:
An article in yesterday’s Niagara Falls Review focuses on one woman and her excitement leading up to the Regis and Kelly tapings. Near the end of the article they include who will be on the shows:
And although she’s not familiar with the guests scheduled for the 9 a.m. show - Mary Lynn Rajskub, who plays techno-wiz Chloe, assistant to Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) on 24, or the winner of America’s Next Top Model - or with Dean Cain, Caroline Rhea or singer Ashley Angel Parker who will appear on the 11 a.m. show, it doesn’t matter.
From the Niagara Falls Review:
A U.S. Senate vote to delay the so-called passport requirement many fear will hurt tourism is a victory for Niagara because it buys some time, says Mayor Ted Salci.
“We’re excited. It’s exactly what we want,” Salci said Thursday, reacting to the news.
American Senators voted Wednesday to change the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative’s implementation date to June 1, 2009. It’s the new rule that will require everyone including Americans entering the U.S. at a land border to show a passport or some other new document that indicates the holders’ identity and citizenship.
The security measure, which had been recommended by the 9/11 commission, was to come into effect Jan. 1, 2008.
“Hopefully, this will give them some breathing room to look at proper implementation,” said Salci. “We thought it was very much done in haste.”
Last Fall there was an article in the Niagara Falls Review (HOCO has a reprint of it) about some people who wanted to have a NASCAR race in Canada, and inparticular, in Niagara Falls.
Well, there is another article on Motorsport.com that talks about a Niagara Falls Internation Speedway:
So what am I proposing? The revival of the Niagara Falls International Speedway.
Never heard of it? Not many people have. In 2000, millionaire Trevor Eyton put forward a plan to build a 1.5-mile oval with 60,000 permanent seats in the heart of the Niagara region. It would have provided the perfect opportunity for NASCAR to showcase itself in Canada. Unfortunately it died a bureaucratic death.
