I forgot to mention ths earlier in the week…
I saw an ad in Saturday’s Niagara Falls Review for the Fallsview Waterpark. It said on from May 16 - 18 (Tuesday to Thursday of this week), locals could pay $9 to go to the Fallsview Waterpark with the proceeds going to charity. Apparently all you need to do is bring proof of residence in the Niagara Region.
It seems like a good way for them to use the waterpark during the middle of the week before the summer starts.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that you had to buy your tickets ahead of time. I called them today. They said the price is $45 otherwise!!! No thanks, I\’d rather go to Wonderland.
I just called and the woman said you had to buy them in advance. I questioned her on it saying that I didn’t think it said that in the ad, and she said she’d check. She came back and told me they were sold out.
$45 seems very pricey!

The instructions at the bottom say:
Note also that the $44.95 is the regular price, but there will be a residents rate from now until June 22:
