One of the things I picked up at the Niagara Tourism Expo was a leaflet for a program taught at the Tourism Industry Development Centre at Niagara College‘s Maid of the Mist Campus. It is for employees in the hospitality industry in the region and helps them understand the region more:

I think this is a good idea. The cost of the 3-hour session is reasonable, and I think it would have a positive impact on the guests that you are able to help.
