Veronika Kulchar made the two-hour trip from Orangeville to Niagara Falls over the weekend with one thing in mind: To leave the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort with a pair of tickets to see Live with Regis and Kelly when the show rolls into town May 22.
The 70 year old was not disappointed.
Kulchar was one 750 lucky people to win a pair of tickets Fallsview gave away in an enormous public draw Sunday afternoon.
Dedicated fans of the show”s hosts, Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa, lined up at the resort from the crack of dawn right up to the draws scheduled 3:30 p.m. start time.
Kulchar was the first person in line, arriving to take her place at around 5:30 a.m. She was also the first winner, walking away with a pair of tickets to the 9 a.m. show.
