I didn’t hear about this until late Saturday night. If they want publicity, the word has to get out there earlier…
From WGRZ.com:
A human chain to span the Rainbow Bridge will take place tonight in celebration of World Alzheimer’s Day.
Wearing their branded color of purple, the community will create a human chain to signify that Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias know no barriers.
The Horseshoe Falls will be immersed in blue and yellow lights which are the official colors of the Canadian Alzheimer Society. The American Falls will be illuminated purple for the U.S. Alzheimer’s Association.
