Staff at the Radisson Hotel and Suites Fallsview are feeling pretty good these days.
That’s because the hotel has been honoured with a pair of company awards — The 2011 President’s Award and 2011 Renovation Award.
The President’s Award is presented to properties that achieved top scores in guest satisfaction as measured by guest feedback for cleanliness and consistency in meeting (and often exceeding) the brand’s product quality standards.
