I saw this in the Toronto Star. It caught my eye, because it says this man, Robert Ayoub, had a waffle stand on Clifton Hill in 2001.
By 2001, he was on Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls with a makeshift waffle stand and a hungry tourist following. The stand closed within a month, but the 31-day trial convinced Ayoub there was a demand for fresh Belgian waffles.
Does anyone remember seeing him?
