Building for sale beside Capri at corner of Ferry St and Fallsview Blvd

I think I’ve posted or tweeted before about the large building at the corner of Ferry St and Fallsview Blvd. It has been empty for as long as I can remember, and recently some work was being done on it. It has a large for sale sign on it.

Someone emailed me a link to the realtor site, and they have a nice artists rendering of what could be done on the property. Remember, the property is for sale, and I guess they did this so that a prospective buyer could envision what might be done.

Note: To see a larger picture, visit the realtor web site and view the listing PDF

As a side note, it mentions in the listing that it is beside the “established Capri Restaurant”. As we know, the Capri isn’t so established anymore…

There is even an artist rendering which looks a lot better than what’s there now… but then again anything would look better.

  1. Hey Graham,

Just wanted to say Merry Christmas to you and your family (as well as the accessniagara family). Thank you for all the wonderful things you do on this site. Almost 5 years now !!! We are all so lucky to have someone like you keeping us in touch with all the “what’s what” in a place we share a love for. Thank You and God Bless.

    1. Thanks for the Christmas greetings Dan and niagara. Sorry I didn’t respond before. I’d meant to have a Christmas Day post up wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, but then ended up not being around the computer much for several days.
Anyway, I too hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

  2. From Karen’s Mom, Karen’s Dad, and Karen, too……Belated Christmas Wishes to all our “AccessNiagara” friends and a Healthy and Happy New Year!!!!

    God Bless.

  3. If you read the sign posted on the building you will know that the building is only for lease and not for sale as mentioned, you need to look carefully before going and posting false information in a blog where anyone can see.

    1. I linked to the realtor web site which says it is for lease. I don’t need to look carefully, I just need to type the properly headline. I’m sure anyone who is interested isn’t going to go by an 8-month-old posting on a blog.
As a side note, the building has been for sale before, so that is probably why I put that in the heading.
