From the Niagara Falls Review:
Prominent Niagara Falls businessman Bob Gale has resigned as chairman of the Niagara Parks Commission’s marketing and events committee.
But he isn’t allowed to say why.
Gale, the owner of Gales Fuels, said a confidentiality agreement he signed when appointed to the Niagara Parks Commission board of directors two years ago prevents him from explaining his frustrations.
“I can’t talk about it,” said a flustered Gale Wednesday morning.
“All I can say is, I’m thinking of bowing out of the whole thing. I’m just fed up.
“I can’t (comment). If I do, I’m in trouble. If there was transparency, I could.”
It’s pretty easy to see how many floors are above the ledge (they are working on the 14th) on the Hilton addition, but how many floors are before that ledge. It appears that the first 3 levels for sure are double height. So I’m counting those as 1&2 and 3&4 & 5&6. The 7th floor looks like it is 1 1/2 stories tall, but I’ll still count that as just 1 floor, and then the regular sized 8th floor. So add that all together and they are currently working on the 22nd floor. That’s my story and I’m sticking with it
(unless one of you can convince me otherwise).

The attractive guide highlights Niagara as a destination with experiences that cater to many different interests. The guide has a special emphasis on popular Niagara Falls attractions and services such as the Niagara on the Lake Heritage District and Niagara hotels.
WGRZ out of Buffalo has an article on their site about the difference between the two Niagara Falls:
With a long list of restaurants, museums, casinos and hotels, Niagara Falls, Ontario makes competition tough for Niagara Falls, New York.
Niagara Falls mayor Paul Dyster says he’d rather see Niagara Falls, NY as the green space destination of the Falls, and not the bright lights, hot spot of our neighbor to the north.
I don’t mean to beat this to death, but I had something wrong before, so I wanted to correct it. I posted before about High Times closing and moving. It appeared that they were moving into the cigar shop near Clifton Hill. That was wrong. They moved into a shop right beside the Golden Griddle.

Correct location of High Times

But beyond that, they’ve released few clues as to what Niagara’s Fury will be.
A contest that began in February invited people to say what they think the new attraction will entail.
Joel Noden, executive director of revenue operations and business development for the commission, said since the contest was launched, hundreds of guesses have come in from around the world.
Here’s another email sent out about Niagara’s Fury.

Someone with a blog called Writeronthestorm’s Weblog has posted about a recent trip to Niagara Falls:
Whilst staying in New York, I booked a hotel at Niagara Falls. I neglected to check which side of the falls the hotel was, US or Canadian. After a brief visit to the Crowne Plaza on the US side, I found myself across the border in the Crowne Plaza on the Canadian side of the falls.
There has been some working going on at the front ticket booth at Ripley’s Moving Theatre.
