Police say an unidentified man entered the upper Niagara River about 200 metres south of Table Rock around noon Saturday and was swept over the brink of the Horseshoe Falls.

wouldn’t the body go right under the ice and stay under and not surface till it got to the rapids?..ok..dumb question..the rapids don’t freeze up..right?…i dunno..never been there in the winter…lol
