Someone emailed me looking for some help:

We’re visiting Niagara after moving away 15 years ago and we’re faced with something we can’t remember. I don’t know if it’s appropriate for your blog, but I’ve got to ask someone ; )

In Niagara Falls near Zellers (formerly Towers) on Morrison/Dorchester there used to be a fish and chips place where Red Rocks is now. We can’t remember what it was called. I think there was another outlet by the same name in Welland. This has become one of those things that keeps crossing our minds.

    Was it Fine Kettle O’Fish?

  2. Lisa says:

Fine Kettle O Fish Restaurant and Seafood Market, 3641 Portage Rd, Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2J 2K8, 20 Grote St, St Catharines, L2N 2E7

No, not Fine Kettle O’Fish. The restaurant we’re thinking of isn’t around any longer, and hasn’t been there for quite awhile.

I was a bit surprised about many of things that have closed since our last visit 3 years ago.

Yeah, it seems like stuff is always closing and opening in the NF area.
