From the Niagara Falls Review:
Jim Williams has been re-appointed chairman of the Niagara Parks Commission through 2010. Williams first took on the role in 2004, months after the commission posted its first loss in more than 50 years.
Looking at his new term, Williams said Table Rock will undergo a $35-million facelift over the next two years aimed at revitalizing the structure to add more retail and dining areas.
