At the corner of Stanley Avenue and Forsythe Street there is some construction going on. A large hole was dug, and a foundation has been laid.
A sign on the fencing on the Stanley Avenue side says that Allen & Chui Architects are involved. Unfortunately there web site doesn’t have any information on this project.

The Development Projects page of the City of Niagara Falls web site lists it as being a Motel 6 at 5700 Stanley.
Im suprised Accor hotels took this long to come into Niagara Falls Ontario.
