The rest of the posts today, and a couple tomorrow will be on the news that Marineland shipped Ikaika back to SeaWorld San Diego. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. If Marineland loses all of their Killer Whales (if Kiska dies), it will be a huge loss! Whale leaves Marineland for San…
From WIVB Channel 4 in Buffalo (including a video): Nik Wallenda presented new plans to the Niagara Parks Commission, this week. The proposal outlined his exact path across the falls. Still, he’s walking a fine line with the Canadians and some in Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls historian Paul Gromoziak said, “Oh my God, it’s ridiculous…

I know I’m behind, but I still wanted to post some articles about Nik Wallenda and his attempts to get approval to walk on a wire over Niagara Falls. The rest of the posts today and at least one tomorrow will be on his recent trip to Niagara Falls Ontario to present to the Niagara…
From the Niagara Falls Review: The Niagara Parks Commission would like people to do more than just drive past the Festival of Lights exhibits. In an effort to expand their list of winter activities and try to get tourists to spend time outside of their cars, the commission has installed a carnival-type vintage carousel to…
Quite a while ago I received an email newsletter from the Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls Fallsview.
