Best Western Plus Cairn Croft Niagara Falls Hotel Develops New Services which Help Expand Visitor’s Perception of Niagara

Niagara Falls Hotel owners have invested in online social media promotional programs which involve engagement of clientele through cutting edge new online applications, blogs and social sites such as Facebook. One hotel in particular, the Best Western Plus Cairn Croft Niagara Falls Hotel has added new services and staff to help reach their guests through these online channels, and has commissioned a blog called ‘Postcards from Niagara’ which aims to be the authority on Niagara, by Niagara’s residents.

The hotel charged two interns, Amber and Hayley, with the exciting task of visiting some of the less famous attractions in Niagara and review them online, providing an insider resource for guests of the hotel and Niagara. Reviews range from the best bowl of soup in town to the ins and outs of historical sights such as Fort George.
