This morning I tweeted about some filming going on at the Dave & Buster’s on Clifton Hill. I’ve asked around, and this is what I’ve found it.
The filming was for the TV show called Covert Affairs. The show is on the USA Network (not sure who is showing it in Canada and filming is based out of Toronto. Apparently it premiered on July 13, and several episodes have already been filmed. It is promoted as by the guy(s) who did the Bourne trilogy.
It stars Piper Perabo from Coyote Ugly and Cheaper By The Dozen 2.
As I was walking by this morning, I took this picture (click it to see a larger version):
Before I knew what was going on, I thought the person in the yellow/orange skirt in the main entrance to Dave & Buster’s was the girl who played Amber on House, Anne Dudek. Looks like I was right, as she is in the show as well.
They did some filming at the front entrance way with a couple of Skee-Ball games. They also filmed across Oneida Lane at Mardi Gras night club
Graham, is it just me, or does everbody have this posting remain at the top of the list, with all the new ones after it? For a few days, I thought there was no new postings until I realized they were all after this ‘Covert Affairs’ one.
Thanks for pointing that out Drafty. It wasn’t just you. When I originally posted it, I made it “sticky” and only meant to leave it up that way for a few days. I forgot I’d done that, so it has stayed “sticky’ for 2 weeks now. Oops!
