I have tried a lot of restaurants in my life, but sad to say I never got a chance to try an Outback. However I am not surprised to see these kind of places closing up with that kind of debt load. I actually took this picture last night and was going to post about it…
The Hilton has recently topped out with their new cupola, it is a domed band shell-shaped feature that will be the hotel’s crown. In their renderings they also show a flag pole, so that may actually be the official pinnacle when it is completed, but this has more of an inspiration.
I noticed the other day that they have started running the piping down to the new Convention Center site along Livingstone Street, and the company doing the work on the new convention Center (Bondfield Construction) now have a couple of their trailers on site. We’ll keep you updated!
