The Fallsview Plaza Hotel (former Renaissance Hotel) is hoping to invest in a new10 story wing with 126 room s attached to their existing building. It is being proposed tonight at a City Hall council meeting and is in addition to the now under construction 4-5 story addition on the West side of the property. This 10 story proposal will be located exactly where the former pedestrian bridge once stood on the North side of the building.
