From the Niagara Falls Review:
Sometimes it takes someone from the outside looking in to remind us what we ought to know, but all too often take for granted.
On Thursday, that someone was Sandra Pupatello, Ontario’s minister of economic development and trade, who sang the city’s praises when she addressed a crowd of civic leaders and business people.
“First of all, you’re Niagara Falls – you’re a wonder of the world,” said Pupatello, “I know you live that every day, but when you don’t come from Niagara Falls or Niagara Region, we think that’s a really big deal.
“Everybody knows where you are. It doesn’t matter what part of the globe you’re in, everybody knows where Niagara Falls is and that is a huge step above most regions.”
