I don’t know what it looks like inside (there is still construction going on), but there is now a sign on the outside of the Fallsview Casino for Shoeless Joe’s:

I hope this Canadian chain follows Kelsey’s lead and keeps the same prices as any other location. Not like the Applebee’s and TGI Friday’s that jack prices to the hilt.
Rick,
Outback, too! Ate there in March and dropped a small fortune!!! We used to eat there at least once a visit to the Falls.
Not only that, they changed the menu and got rid of all the lesser priced items. The menu in the States remains the same.
We decided not to eat there ever again!
Hey. I am currently employed at this new location as a line cook. From the study and core menu studies i can assure you this resturaunt is going to be ontop of all the other chaines. Not only cause its great food, but the experience you are going to recieve from the time of arrival to the departure. The prices located in the menu on http://www.shoelessjoes.ca are the prices I am familiar with through training. Great taste great price. Give us a try. hope i answered your curiosity.

Congrats on the job Dan, I hope to try out this place with my family once it’s open.
Just so there is no confusion, that is not me (the Dan who posts here regularly).
Dan, good luck to you, with those prices you will give some of the other pricey restaurants in the area a run for their money. The menu looks pretty good, very well balanced. Anything you recommend?? I’ll have to come when you open and try some of your dishes.
I can guarantee that the flagship location of this franchise will turn some heads with its diversity. We are the only chain in Canada to carry certified angus beef in all our restaurants and it is far more affordable then our competitors. I have the privilege of working with some seasoned veterans in this industry and I look forward to the days ahead. Our kitchen staff might very well be the best crew I have ever come across and the willingness that is needed to succeed is apparent. I have been involved in high volume cooking for over twenty years and the people I work for share the same passion for great food that I do.
Yes, Mom, Outback is rediculous. I love Outback, even around here it is a bit high, at the Falls it is crazy. We won’t go there again either. Can’t wait to get back up there and try some of these new places.
Well it looks like we will be opening the doors to the public on the long weekend. Shoeless Joes couldnt have had a more challenging day to open if they tried but I am confident that we will survive the onslaught of curious patrons. As kitchen supervisor I know that this season will have its peaks and valleys as far as volume goes but I am grateful that I have a great team by my side to help in the companies vision of providing our guest with a unique dining experience. I wish all of our competitors the best of luck and a successful summer and remember at shoeless joes we have an attitude of gratitude when it comes to the wants and needs of our guest. Your in service, Kelly J. Raymond.
Kelly,
Can’t you open up just one weekend early for a couple of special guests from Pittsburgh???
Karen and I are planning a trip to the Falls May 18-19.
We will definitely give you a try….whenever!
…..By the way, “Attitude with gratitude” is a great tag line!!!
