Electrical fire at the Skylon Tower

From the Hamilton Spectator:

A fire at the Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls yesterday caused $15,000 in damages.

Fire officials responded to a call at 11:56 p.m. for a fire in the tower’s Summit Dining Room at 5200 Robinson Street.

Upon arrival emergency services found that the restaurant was unoccupied.

Niagara police says the electrical fire originated from a dishwasher in the kitchen.

The fire was quickly extinguished. No one was injured.
