The Niagara Parks Commission was in the black again in 2005, posting its second profit since the “perfect storm” year of 2003, but general manager John Kernahan cautions the recovery will continue to be slow.
“We’ll exceed $3 million this year. We’ve had a profitable year,” Kernahan said.
He wouldn’t be more specific about the 2005 financial picture because figures for the fiscal year haven’t been audited yet.
