Tonight I received the December issue of the Clifton Hill Resorts Update newsletter:
It is a very repetitive newsletter, often containing much of what the previous one had in it, but with some dates changed. It is still a nice newsletter, but it would be good if they could provide more information about what’s going on in the area.

Niagara Falls is getting a broadway-type musical! The Greg Frewin Theatre (home of the magician, Greg Frewin) is going to house the production. They are working to refit the stage so that it will be appropriate. Apparently it is a full production, not just a short version of it. It will play mostly as matinees during the summer months

Aladdin Jr.Coming to Niagara Falls, Canada Spring 2006
Disney’s Aladdin will be opening at the Greg Frewin Theatre in Niagara falls on May 16th 2006. For those who don’t have small children and haven’t been subjected to multiple viewings of the film, the story takes place in Agrabah, City of Enchantment, where every beggar has a story and every camel has a tail. All the favorite Disney characters are here in this stage adaption of Disney’s hit, including Aladdin, Jasmine and of course, the genie. Filled with magic, mayhem and flying carpet rides, audiences’ spirits will soar with excitement. Most of all, the tuneful, Academy award-winning score with songs including “A Whole New World” and “A Friend Like Me”

The Links of Niagara 2nd Annual Christmas Dinner & Dance is coming up soon. Unfortunately, the poster they sent around doesn’t provide the date!
I visited the Links of Niagara web site, but couldn’t find anything about the event.
DECEMBER 6 UPDATE: The dance is on Saturday, December 10, 2005. Unfortunately, their site still doesn’t have any other information on it.
