Another notice I saw on the city website (or here if the city website link changes) was about some changes at Souvenir City on River Road. There used to be paving stones (interlocking bricks) along Victoria Ave near the top of Clifton Hill, as well as a grass area. Recently that was all dug up and the fence for the new go-kart development has been moved out closer to the street.

With all of the changes happening at the Kelsey’s on Clifton Hill, it is no surprise to see that the resetaurant is expanding (it says “additional facilities”) and therefore the liquoru license needs to be amended.
