From the Niagara Falls Review: They’ve done it in California and Colorado. They’ve even done it for the Super Bowl. And with wildfires filling the Canadian skies with smoke this summer, the prospect of replacing fireworks with drone light shows in Niagara Falls is gaining momentum.
We just passed this event a week ago, so I figured I’d mention it. It happened on June 7, 1939 From American Heritage: King George VI and Queen Elizabeth cross over from Canada to Niagara Falls, New York, becoming the first British monarchs to visit the United States.

I took this picture yesterday of the Shoeless Joe’s patio. Today when I was by they had the fencing taken down and it looked quite nice.
