I received this email newsletter from Canyon Creek Chophouse last Tuesday. They were promoting an event for the next day. I have no idea how I got on a mailing list for them, but I’m quite happy to receive them.
Opening Soon with a different name but with the same menu! Daredevils Bar and Grill wil be serving wings, burgers and beer in the former Hooters restaurant on Stanley Avenue.
This new bowling pin sign is attached to the same tower that had the temperature displayed on it, (as was discussed here). The new sign now flashes each letter white in a downward streamline. It kind of has a nice 50’s nostalgic look to it!
Not a huge surprise here as this Dave & Busters has been discussed on here for several months now. It says it should be completed in about 3 weeks, can’t wait to see the sign go up! Drafty had mentioned in a comment about three weeks ago that he saw an ad in the Review for a job fair for an Outback Steakhouse. They have recently closed all of their restaurants in Canada, however as you can see below they now have a banner up with their Outback logo.
