Kelsey’s Clifton Hilll patio under construction
Back in January/February, the Kelsey’s at the top of Clifton Hill was closed for renovations. The restaurant has been open again for more than 2 months, and they are now working on the patio.

The new building at the corner of Ellen Ave and Centre street where Ma Agretto’s used to be looks like it has reached the top.
I reported previously about the scaffolding at the front of the Golden Steer restaurant on Centre St. The scaffolding is now gone, and the front facade looks quite nice.
The upside-down house on Oneida Lane looks good. I know it is supposed to be an attraction, but I’m still not sure what you would do in it, and why anyone would pay to go in it.
There is some work happening on the Murray St side of the base of Skylon Tower. The stairs and escalator are closed, and the steel I-beams are exposed (look under the Revolving Dining Room banner on the left).
The new Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls on Stanley Avenue has some real signs up now (not just tarps/banners).
I’ve posted before about how one of the restaurants in the strip mall on Victoria Ave keeps changing names and re-opening. Well, it seems that the latest incarnation will be more permanent. Outback Steakhouse is going in that space.
