The motel on Lorne St. has just been part of the Red Carpet Inn, across the street, for quite a while. I’m sure it will do well now that it is branded ;-))

The same notice for Margaritaville also has the Ramada Suites on Lundy’s Lane applying for a license. I haven’t seen any activity there for a long time, but maybe something is finally happening.
