I commented before about how there is no sign (at the time of this posting) on the old Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant showing that Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville was coming this year. Even without a sign, it is obvious there is a lot of work going on. The building is almost gutted on the inside, a fence is around the outside, and part of the entrance roof of the Holiday Inn has been removed (which I assume is related to the restaurant).

There is supposed to be 4 outdoor patios, 3 with views of the Falls so, in all likelyhood, they are adding more upper patio where the entrance roof is/was.
And this new restaurant has finally been acknowledged on the official Margarittaville site.
