Just seems like a stretch to me Graham. Did we really need to know that the wife (I assume) of a former hockey player had “an Elemental Nature Therapeutic Massage with the AVEDA elemental Nature aroma sensory journey using a variety of massage techniques to ease sore muscles, increase circulation and relieve the body of stress and tension”, or that she paid (maybe) $85 for 55 minutes or $135 for 85 minutes? The whole ‘celebrity news’ thing drives me crazy!
I get what you mean, but I still like the fact the Doubletree is keeping me informed of some of the things that are happening. And you can never underestimate the power of using the phrase “Maple Leafs” around here!
