Someone with a Wordpress blog has posted about a summer trip to Niagara Falls:
I think this ended up as the consensus highlight stop of the trip to Ontario for all of us. Michelle had begun to feel better, the weather was getting warmer, and the kids were beside themselves with excitement at the prospect of another visit to Clifton Hill.
Although I’ve visited NF many, many times, the kids have only been once. In the past, we’ve also normally just done a day trip from Guelph instead of staying overnight at the Falls, a pattern we reversed to great effect on this visit. We stayed at the Sheraton on the Falls, which overlooks directly the American falls and is at the base of Clifton Hill to the great delight of the kids. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a top floor, with a small balcony overlooking the falls, a feature that became a huge bonus when the fireworks show began almost right outside our window.
