Selling the new convention centre

    From the Niagara Falls Review:

Niagara’s assets like golf courses, wineries, theatres and restaurants will be part of the sales pitch as the convention centre begins drumming up business in anticipation of a 2011 opening, says project co-ordinator Dragan Matovic.

“The industry is healthy. We should be well-poised to take advantage of that,” Matovic said at a meeting Monday, where he introduced the marketing and advertising companies hired to put the Niagara Convention and Civic Centre on the radar screens of North America’s meeting planners.
