After the discussion about the possible Titanic museum attraction on Clifton Hill, I went to the Explore Branson web site and ordered a vacation guide. About a week or so ago I got a very nice 170+ page book. There apparently is a lot to do in Branson! The guide seems quite unbiased in the treatment it gives the various attractions, restaurants, etc. The cover has a collage of pictures, and one of the pictures is of the Titanic. In the museum section, it was listed as follows (accompanied by a small pictures):

Titanic: The World’s Largest Museum Attraction
Featuring re-creations of first class staterooms, third class austere accommodations, the Grand Staircase, plus an interactive area for passengers to experience the touch of an iceberg. Visitors can view over 400 priceless artifacts and historic treasures, and can share the personal, heroic and tragic stories of its passengers.

Later in the book there was a large ad.

I didn’t look at every page, so I don’t know if it was mentioned again or not.

Ultimately, if the Titanic museum attraction does come to Niagara Falls, I guess we’d expect to see something like what is shown in Branson.
